How Much Does Skip Hire Cost in Limassol?

Limassol skip prices at a glance

These are the prices you see when you book skip hire in Limassol online today. They cover the whole city and the villages around it, from Germasogeia and Agios Tychonas in the east to Ypsonas, Kolossi and Erimi in the west.

• 6 m³ skip: €200. A bathroom refit, a small garden clear-out, the contents of one or two rooms. Roughly 50 to 60 rubble bags.
• 9 m³ skip: €250. The size we deliver most in Limassol. A full kitchen strip-out, a whole-apartment clearance between tenants, a mid-size garden landscape.
• 12 m³ skip: €350. Villa interior demolitions, restaurant strip-outs, warehouse clearances in Ypsonas and Zakaki.

What the price includes

There is no quote stage and no back-and-forth. Pick the size, the date and the spot in the form, and the number you see is the number you pay.

• Three days on site, counted from the delivery day
• Disposal at a licensed facility, with the paperwork that goes with it
• The right truck for the access: a small one for Old Town lanes, a bigger one for Ypsonas and the industrial belt

What adds to the price

That is the full list. There is no fuel surcharge, no weekend surcharge and no charge for a narrow-access delivery.

• Extra days: €4 per day after the first three. A skip that stays a full week costs €16 more, not a new hire.
• Mattresses: €15 each. They go to a separate route and cannot be tipped with the rest, so they are counted per piece.
• A street permit. If the skip goes on a public road, pavement or parking bay, the municipality charges its own fee. That is paid to the municipality, not to us, and you arrange it before delivery. How the Limassol permit works.

Example 1: a Germasogeia villa bathroom

An owner resets a villa between long-term tenants: one bathroom stripped to the walls, old tiles, a bathtub, a vanity unit and a few boxes of leftovers from the tenants. That is a 6 m³ job.

The skip sits on the driveway, so no permit. Delivered Tuesday, filled by Thursday, collected Friday morning: three days, nothing extra. Total: €200.

If the plumber runs late and the skip stays until the following Tuesday, that is four extra days at €4: €216.

Example 2: an Old Town apartment clearance

A landlord clears a two-bedroom apartment off Agiou Andreou after a tenant leaves: wardrobes, a sofa, two mattresses, kitchen cupboards and years of stored boxes. A 9 m³ skip takes it in one go.

There is no driveway, so the skip goes on the street. The landlord applies to Δήμος Λεμεσού for a placement permit and pays the municipal fee directly. We deliver with the small truck the morning after the permit is in hand.

Skip: €250. Two mattresses: €30. Total to Skipaki: €280, plus whatever the municipality charged for the permit.

How to keep the cost down

• Load within three days. Most Limassol jobs finish inside the included window. Book the skip for the day the demolition actually starts, not the day the builders might start.
• Choose the size by the job, not by the budget. A 6 m³ that overflows becomes a second delivery. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one: it is €50 more, not €200 more.
• Use the driveway when you can. It saves the municipal fee and the waiting time for the permit.
• Book early in the day if you need it today. Same-day delivery in Limassol depends on how early the order comes in; the form shows what is still open for your address.
• Photograph the pile before you order. If you are not sure about the size, our photo estimate reads the pile and suggests one.

Why we publish the price instead of quoting

Ask for a skip in a Limassol Facebook group and you get five private messages with five different numbers, most of them missing something: the disposal fee, the extra days, the mattress. Comparing them takes longer than the job.
