What cookies we use
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We set only the ones the site needs to work. There are no analytics cookies, no Google Analytics, no session-recording tools, and nothing that follows you to other sites — which is why there is no cookie banner. The one exception is an anonymous reference of an ad click in ChatGPT or in Microsoft search (Bing, DuckDuckGo), described below: it tells the advertiser that the ad worked, and nothing more.

Statistics without cookies
To see which pages are read and where people give up on the order form, we count page views, scroll depth, time on page and the steps of the form. This uses no cookies: a random token lives in the session storage of the tab and is deleted when the tab closes, so two visits can never be linked, and no name, contact, address or anything typed into a field is ever recorded. If you are logged in to your account while using the order form, those steps are tied to the account, so we can see which order you were working on and help you finish it; nothing else about the visit changes. Page views are also counted by Vercel Analytics, which likewise sets no cookie. One exception: if you reach us from an ad in ChatGPT or in Microsoft search (Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, Ecosia), the link carries an anonymous click reference, and we keep it in a cookie for 30 days so that, if you order, we can tell the ad platform (OpenAI or Microsoft) that their ad led to an order. It identifies the click, not you, and nothing about you is sent with it.

How to control them
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser at any time. Most browsers also let you block them — note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from logging in or keeping your language choice. There is no analytics consent to withdraw on skipaki.com: nothing we collect can identify you or follow you between visits, unless you are logged in — then the order-form steps are tied to your account, as described above, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
