Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of skipaki.com — a skip-hire booking site operated from Limassol, Cyprus. By placing a booking or using the site you agree to them.

Booking and delivery

A booking is confirmed when you receive an order number on screen or by email. Delivery is to the address you provide; access and permission to leave the container on that address are your responsibility.

Hire period starts on the day of delivery. Standard hire is up to 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late collection caused by access issues at your address may incur additional fees.

What can go in the skip

General waste, construction debris, green waste and household clearance items are accepted. Hazardous waste (asbestos, paint, batteries, gas bottles, fridges, tyres) is NOT accepted. Loading prohibited materials may result in additional disposal charges.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown at booking include all standard fees for the chosen size and area. Payment is collected on delivery (cash or card). A VAT-compliant invoice is issued on payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel a booking free of charge until the truck is dispatched. Once dispatched a delivery-only fee may apply.

Liability

We are responsible for safe delivery and collection of the skip. You are responsible for the area where it stands and for not overloading it (skip must not be filled above the rim).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the courts of Limassol.
