How Much Does Skip Hire Cost in Larnaca?

Larnaca skip prices at a glance

These are the prices you see when you book skip hire in Larnaca online, from Mackenzie and Finikoudes to Oroklini, Aradippou, Pyla, Kiti and the airport villages.

• 6 m³ skip: €180. A bathroom refit, an Oroklini holiday-let reset between guests, a small garden.
• 9 m³ skip: €230. A full kitchen, an apartment clearance, a mid-size garden.
• 12 m³ skip: —. Villa interiors, restaurant strip-outs on the Finikoudes strip, warehouse clearances in Aradippou.

Delivery, collection, licensed disposal and three days on site are in the price. Garden, general, furniture and construction waste all cost the same.

What adds to the price

• Extra days: €50 per day after the first three. A full week is €200 more.
• Mattresses: no extra charge. They go in the skip with everything else.
• A street permit. On a public pavement, road or parking bay inside Δήμος Λάρνακας you need a placement permit from the municipality, paid to them directly. On your driveway, in your garden or on a warehouse forecourt, nothing to arrange.

Example 1: an Oroklini holiday villa after the season

An owner resets a rental villa in October: garden furniture past saving, two mattresses, a broken wardrobe, the pool-house clutter. A 6 m³ on the driveway, delivered Monday, collected Thursday. Skip €180, the two mattresses at no extra charge. Total: €180.

Example 2: an Old Town shop refit

A shop off Zinonos Kitieos street strips its interior: plasterboard, old shelving, a suspended ceiling, tiles. A 9 m³ is the size, and the only spot is the street, so the owner applies to Δήμος Λάρνακας for a permit first. Skip €230 for three days, one extra day €50. Total to Skipaki: €280, plus the municipal fee for the permit.

How to keep the cost down

• Load within three days. Book for the day the work actually starts.
• Between two sizes, take the larger. It is €50 more; a second delivery is €180 more.
• Use the driveway and skip the municipal fee and the wait.
• Order early if you need it today; the form shows what is still open for your address.
• Not sure about the size? The photo estimate reads your pile. The Cyprus-wide price guide explains what sits behind the numbers.

Questions and answers

Is the price the same in Pyla, Kiti and Oroklini?

Yes. The whole Larnaca area pays €180, €230 or — by size.

Does rubble cost more than garden waste?

No. The price by size is the same for every waste type, mattresses included.

Do I need a permit on the Mackenzie strip?

If the skip goes on a public road, pavement or parking bay, yes, from Δήμος Λάρνακας. Restaurants there usually use a service yard instead.

How long can I keep the skip?

Three days are included; every extra day is €50. Name the collection day when you book and we plan around it.
