A 3 m³ skip on a house driveway in a Nicosia suburb, half full of bathroom tiles and an old washbasin

What a 3 m³ skip takes

Three cubic metres is right for one job in one part of the house: a bathroom, a small garden, a storeroom.

  • Bathroom strip-out: tiles, old suite, plasterboard
  • Small kitchen refit
  • Garden tidy-up: branches, hedge cuttings, old pots
  • Clearing one room, a storeroom or a balcony
  • A few bags of rubble from a small DIY job
  • Old furniture: a sofa, a wardrobe in pieces, a couple of chairs

Take a bigger skip for

  • A whole flat or house clearance
  • Renovating two or more rooms at once
  • Lots of soil, concrete or roof tiles

3 m³ or 6 m³?

Nicosia prices from our booking form, same addresses, same delivery windows

3 m³30–355 days€130
6 m³60–7021 days€180
9 m³90–1005 days€230

If you are unsure, look at the gap. The 6 m³ costs €50 more and holds twice as much. Two 3 m³ skips one after the other come to €260.

Where we deliver the mini skip

The 3 m³ skip is available in Nicosia and the suburbs around it: Strovolos, Egkomi, Aglantzia, Latsia, Lakatamia, Agios Dometios, Dali, Tseri, Geri. Further out the price can be higher; the booking form shows yours as soon as you drop the pin.

Outside Nicosia

In the other cities our smallest skip is 6 m³.

Used to UK skip sizes?

3 m³ is about 4 cubic yards. In the UK that is called a midi skip; a UK "mini" is 2–3 yards. So our mini skip holds a little more than you might expect from the name.

Where it goes

Driveway or parking space

A 3 m³ skip takes roughly one parking space. On your own land there is nothing to arrange.

On the street

On most Nicosia streets the skip can go on the road outside without paperwork. Only the main central avenues need a placement permit from the municipality, and we tell you before delivery if your address is on one.

Narrow streets

The small skip is the easiest to set down in the Old City and other tight streets. Mention access in the comment and we plan the drop.

Mini skip questions

How much is a mini skip in Nicosia?

From €130, delivery and collection included, with 5 days on site. The exact price depends on the address and shows in the booking form after you drop the pin.

How much fits in a 3 m³ skip?

About 30–35 bin bags, or one bathroom strip-out, a small kitchen, or a garden tidy-up.

Can I get a mini skip in Limassol, Larnaca or Paphos?

Not at the moment. The 3 m³ size is available in and around Nicosia only. In the other cities our smallest skip is 6 m³.

Do I need a permit for a mini skip?

On your own land, no. On most Nicosia streets, no either. Only the main central avenues need a placement permit from the municipality; we say so before delivery if that applies to you.

Can I put rubble in a mini skip?

Yes, tiles, bricks and small rubble are fine. Fill it no higher than the top edge so it can be lifted safely.

What if I need it longer?

Pick a longer hire in the booking form: it shows the price for the days you choose before you confirm.

How do I pay?

Nothing is paid when you book, and the form never asks for card details. You pay on delivery by cash, card, Revolut or bank transfer, whichever is easier. Need an invoice? Tick “I need an invoice” at checkout: 3% VAT is added to the price, and without a company it is made out to your name.
