What goes in a builders skip
Most of what a renovation produces goes in the same skip, mixed. The price for a size does not change with the waste type.

Rubble is heavy
In some areas the 9 m³ takes rubble, concrete, tiles and soil only up to 1/5 of its volume. The booking form warns you when the size you pick has that limit at your address. There, a load that is mostly rubble goes in the 6 m³.
Which size for which job
The lowest price for each size across our cities. Yours depends on the address.

Between two sizes, take the larger one. A second skip costs a full delivery again; the step up from 6 to 9 m³ is usually much less.

The same booking form as everyone else, with a few things that help on a building job
Pin the site
The price comes from the address where the skip stands, so drop the pin on the site itself. A new plot without a house number is fine: the driver goes by the pin.
Show the spot
Add a photo of the site and mark where the skip goes. Use the comment for the gate code, who is on site and when the access is open.
Invoice to the company
Tick “I need an invoice” at checkout and add the company name and the VAT / TIC number. VAT is added on top of the price.
Delivery windows
Morning 08:00–11:00, midday 11:00–14:00 or afternoon 14:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday. The driver calls before arriving.
Collection when it’s full
Once the skip is down we send you a link to the order page. When it is full, press “The skip is full, collect it” and the truck comes on the next round.

Where the skip stands
On the plot or a driveway
Nothing to arrange. The skip needs a level spot a truck can reach.
On the street
A street permit is between you and the municipality. In Nicosia most streets need none; only the main central avenues do. In Limassol it depends on which municipality covers the address.
Steep or narrow access
Say so in the comment. It does not change the price, and the right truck comes the first time.

Builders skip questions
How much is a builders skip in Cyprus?
A 6 m³ starts at €180, a 9 m³ at €210 and a 12 m³ at €350, with delivery, collection and disposal included. The price depends on the city and the address; the booking form shows yours as soon as you drop the pin, before you confirm.
Does rubble cost more than general waste?
No. A size costs the same with rubble, garden waste or household waste in it. Only mattresses are charged separately. With rubble, watch the weight: in some areas the 9 m³ takes it only up to 1/5, and the form tells you.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Tick “I need an invoice” at checkout and fill in the company name, the VAT / TIC number and, if it differs, the billing address. VAT is added on top of the price.
Do you arrange the street permit?
No, a permit is between you and the municipality. On a plot or a driveway nothing is needed, and on most Nicosia streets nothing either. The Limassol rules are in our guide to street permits there.
Can asbestos go in the skip?
No. Asbestos sheets and pipes need licensed removal and disposal and cannot go in a skip with other waste.
How long can the skip stay on site?
Each city has its own number of included days, shown on the city page and in the form. If the job runs longer, pick a longer hire when you book: the form prices the extra days before you confirm.
