How Much Does Skip Hire Cost in Paphos?

These are the prices you see when you book skip hire in Paphos online, from Kato Paphos and Yeroskipou to Chloraka, Coral Bay, Peyia, Tala and Tsada.

• 6 m³ skip: €200. A bathroom refit, a Coral Bay villa reset between guests, a small garden.
• 9 m³ skip: €250. A full kitchen, an apartment clearance in Universal, a mid-size garden with a palm coming down.
• 12 m³ skip: €350. Villa interiors in Tala and Peyia, pool-house rebuilds, restaurant strip-outs in Kato Paphos.
• Polis and Latchi: their own price. €430 for a 6 m³ and €500 for a 9 m³; the 12 m³ does not go out there. 5 days on site are included, then €20 a week. The details are on skip hire in Polis.

Delivery, collection, licensed disposal and 3 days on site are in the Paphos price. Garden, general, furniture and construction waste all cost the same.

What adds to the price

• Extra days: €4 per day after the first three. Two weeks is €44 more.
• Mattresses: €15 each, because they go to a separate route.
• A street permit. On a public pavement, road or parking bay inside Δήμος Πάφου you need a placement permit from the municipality, paid to them directly. On your driveway, garden or private parking, nothing to arrange. Most Paphos villas have a driveway, so most Paphos orders need no permit.

Example 1: a Coral Bay villa between guests

A property manager resets a rental villa in late October: two mattresses, a sun-bleached sofa set, a broken wardrobe and the garden cuttings from the last trim. A 6 m³ on the driveway, delivered Tuesday, collected Friday. Skip €200, two mattresses €30. Total: €230.

Example 2: a Tala kitchen and bathroom refit

A couple in Tala strips a kitchen and a bathroom at the same time: units, tiles, a bathtub, plaster, the old worktop. That is a 9 m³ job. The driveway is steep, so they note it in the booking and the driver places the skip at the top, on the flat. Delivered Monday, the builders take six days, so three extra days at €4. Total: €262.

How to keep the cost down

• Load within three days. Book for the day the builders actually start.
• Between two sizes, take the larger. It is €50 more; a second delivery is €200 more.
• Tell us about steep or narrow access in the notes. It does not change the price, but it lets the driver bring the right truck the first time.
• Order early if you need it today; the form shows what is still open for your address.

Questions and answers

Is the price the same in Peyia, Tala and Polis?

Peyia and Tala, yes: the whole Paphos area pays €200, €250 or €350 by size. Polis, Latchi, Argaka and Pomos have their own price: €430 for a 6 m³, €500 for a 9 m³, no 12 m³.

Does garden waste cost less than rubble?

No. The price by size is the same for every waste type. Only mattresses are counted separately at €15 each.

Can the skip go up a steep driveway in Tala?

Usually yes; the driver places it on the flat part. Say so in the booking notes so the right truck comes.

How long can I keep the skip?

Three days are included; every extra day is €4. Name the collection day when you book and we plan around it.
