How Much Does Skip Hire Cost in Paphos?

Paphos prices: €200 for a 6 m³, €250 for a 9 m³, €350 for a 12 m³ with three days included. What adds to it, the Δήμος Πάφου permit, and two examples from Coral Bay and Tala.

9 m³ skip: €250. A full kitchen, an apartment clearance in Universal, a mid-size garden with a palm coming down.
12 m³ skip: €350. Villa interiors in Tala and Peyia, pool-house rebuilds, restaurant strip-outs in Kato Paphos.

What adds to the price

Extra days: €4 per day after the first three. Two weeks is €44 more.
Mattresses: €15 each, because they go to a separate route.
A street permit. On a public pavement, road or parking bay inside Δήμος Πάφου you need a placement permit from the municipality, paid to them directly. On your driveway, garden or private parking, nothing to arrange. Most Paphos villas have a driveway, so most Paphos orders need no permit.

Example 1: a Coral Bay villa between guests

A property manager resets a rental villa in late October: two mattresses, a sun-bleached sofa set, a broken wardrobe and the garden cuttings from the last trim. A 6 m³ on the driveway, delivered Tuesday, collected Friday. Skip €200, two mattresses €30. Total: €230.

Example 2: a Tala kitchen and bathroom refit

A couple in Tala strips a kitchen and a bathroom at the same time: units, tiles, a bathtub, plaster, the old worktop. That is a 9 m³ job. The driveway is steep, so they note it in the booking and the driver places the skip at the top, on the flat. Delivered Monday, the builders take six days, so three extra days at €4. Total: €262.

How to keep the cost down

Load within three days. Book for the day the builders actually start.
Between two sizes, take the larger. It is €50 more; a second delivery is €200 more.
Tell us about steep or narrow access in the notes. It does not change the price, but it lets the driver bring the right truck the first time.
