How a Polis skip booking works
Tell us where
Polis town, Latchi harbour, Argaka, Pomos, Steni, Lemba or one of the Akamas-edge villages — give us the address. We know the access, the unsealed tracks, and which truck size fits.
Pick a day
Choose a delivery date and a window: morning, midday or afternoon. Polis core and Latchi are on the daily rounds, so same-day is possible when you order early — the form shows what is still open today for your address. Argaka, Pomos and the Akamas-edge villages usually run the next day on the route from the Paphos side. For urgent same-day to the outer villages, drop us an email and we will see what is possible.
Driveway or pavement?
On your villa grounds or in your garden — no permit needed. On a public pavement or parking bay you will need a placement permit from Δήμος Πόλεως Χρυσοχούς first (you arrange that with the municipality). Once it is in hand, we deliver.

Latchi harbour taverna refits
The fishing harbour at Latchi has a rolling restaurant refit cycle in the quiet months (Nov-Mar). We schedule around the limited harbour-side parking and time deliveries before the fishermen arrive.
Wine villages and olive grove clearance
Vouni Panagias, Kathikas, Drouseia, Statos-Agios Fotios — the wine country above Polis. Old olive groves, abandoned outbuildings, terraced gardens — we deliver up the mountain roads.
Akamas-edge access
Villas at the Akamas national park boundary (Neo Chorio, the trail-head villages) — unsealed tracks, careful truck routing. We know which addresses need the smallest truck. For deep Akamas (Lara, Avakas Gorge) we may need to drop at the nearest sealed road.
Delivery times that fit the job
Morning slots for Polis core, mid-morning for the mountain villages once the school traffic clears, off-peak afternoons for Latchi harbour. Tell us when works, we route the satellite run around it.
English, Greek, Russian
Message us in any of the three. The British retiree community defaults to English, Cypriot business owners in Greek, Russian-speaking property managers in Russian. Same service either way.

What a skip in Polis costs, all in
One price per size for Polis, Latchi, Argaka, Pomos and Neo Chorio, the same for any waste. This is what it covers, and the only things that add to it.
What the price includes
- Delivery to your address and collection when you ask for it
- 5 days on site, counted from the delivery day
- Disposal at a licensed facility, with the paperwork that goes with it
- The same price for garden waste, household rubbish, furniture and building rubble
What adds to it
- Longer stays: €20 for each further week, or part of one. Three weeks on site in total adds €60.
- Mattresses: €15 each, added in the form.
- A street permit, if the skip goes on a public road, pavement or parking bay. The municipality sets and collects its own fee, not us.
That is the full list: no fuel, weekend or narrow-access surcharge.
Example: an overgrown garden in Argaka
A garden cut back after a few years: branches, palm leaves, old pots and a broken pergola. A 6 m³, inside the villa grounds, so no permit.
The gardener needs ten days. The first 5 days are included and the rest falls into one extra week: €450 in total.
